My windows 11 search bar wasn’t letting me type anything in. This fixed it, super easy!
1. open task manager (CRTL+SHIFT+ESC)
2. right-click on windows explorer
3. end task (Note that this will remove the entire task bar, don’t worry this is normal).
4. File > run new task
5. fill in explorer.exe and press enter
6. your search bar should be functional again
